Last night we competed in the first round of this year’s Crusader League. Competition this year is from Dane Valley and Buxton swimming clubs. We were short of some of our younger swimmers, and a number of swimmers swam in to older age groups, but despite this there were some exceptional swims. There were wins at all levels with new PB times being recorded ahead of the upcoming County Championships. Special mention should go to Lily Beff and Romy Jackson for their individual efforts and the first place cannon team who again showed the depth of talent we have within the club. Onto the next round in March.
